The work is the meeting
between two selves.

Training, supervision, and consultation for therapists.

I teach and accompany other therapists in the integration at the center of my own practice: Gestalt therapy, attachment science, and the neurobiology of how emotion is made. Whether through the training, ongoing supervision, or consultation, the through-line is the same — you are the instrument. The work is learning to use your own settled presence as the thing that heals.

The Training

Seattle Gestalt & Attachment

A postgraduate training in the integration of Gestalt therapy, attachment science, and neurobiology. Gestalt gives us presence. Attachment science names our nature. The field is what holds them.

You are the presence that makes it possible.

Over four weekends, you'll develop
Phenomenological tracking
Following what's alive in the body before reaching for what to say.
Affect assembly (TEMPO)
Recognizing how experience is constructed in real time, and where to meet it.
The two paths
Knowing when to organize reactive experience and when to deepen vulnerable experience.
Co-regulation as intervention
Using your own settled presence as the primary instrument of change.
Rupture and repair
Staying in the field when contact breaks, and trusting what repair makes possible.
The secure base function
Being accessible, responsive, and engaged when attachment activates in the room.

Each weekend weaves didactic teaching, live supervised practice, and group process.

The culture of the room

This is a particular kind of learning space, built on three values — curiosity (openness to the actual, the willingness to be surprised), compassion (feeling with, and reaching toward), and dialogue (staying with yourself, and open to being changed by the meeting). We practice what we teach: companioning, reaching and responding, rupture and repair. No one works alone.

The shape of it
Four weekends, in person in Seattle — Saturdays and Sundays, morning through mid-afternoon. The group is kept deliberately small, so the practice stays close and supervised. Three companion readings are included.

New cohorts form through the year. If this is the kind of work you've been looking for, the way in is a conversation.

Supervision, Consultation & Mentorship

Working together, one to one.

Beyond the training, I work with individual clinicians in two ways, depending on where you are in your path.

Clinical Supervision
For pre-licensed & associate-level therapists
For therapists working toward licensure. We attend to your cases, your developing presence, and what happens in you as you sit with clients — self-of-the-therapist work, theory integration, and clinical application. The formation, not just the casework.
Consultation & Mentorship
For licensed clinicians
For licensed clinicians looking for support in growing as a therapist. A place to bring the situations that stay with you, the ruptures you're unsure how to repair, the couples or individuals who have you stuck — and, more broadly, to keep deepening into this kind of relational, experiential work. Focused, peer-level, and grounded in the same integrative lens.
For Clinicians

Let's talk.

Whether you're drawn to the training or looking for supervision or consultation, the way in is the same — a conversation about where you are and what you're looking for.
