I was born in Seattle and I love living here. I like how easy it is to access the mountains and all the different ways to play outside. I especially enjoy skiing, hiking, backpacking, and playing the drum kit with friends.
I find purpose in being of service to people. In an effort to be a competent psychotherapist I continue learning and challenging myself to grow as a person. One way I do this is by co-facilitating in a psychotherapy-training program where I observe other therapists working with clients and get feedback from my peers about my skills as a therapist.
I am dedicated to improving my clinical understanding as well as my understanding of myself.
